The Penguins have officially marched their way into the 55th Annual Clio Awards, garnering a Bronze for The Brand Agency’s “Break the Barrier” TVC (directed by Grant Sputore). The spot is one of only two Australian TVC’s in the film category to come away with such an honor. Arguably the most recognizable international advertising awards, The Clios take place in the ad mecca of NYC during Advertising Week and will honor some of the most innovative talent in advertising, design and communications from around the globe, including Penguin fave Jerry Seinfeld.

As “Break the Barrier” continues to grip audiences worldwide, we’re encouraged that, here at home in WA, the spot has led to a 34% increase in first aid enrollments for St. John Ambulance. An award in itself. For first aid courses in your area, simply click here for more information.
